1. Information We Collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, event information, and anything you include in the project description. Optional fields (phone, budget, attendance, referral source) are collected only if you fill them in. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, plan and deliver services you request, keep basic business records, understand website performance, and measure whether our advertising leads people to SPRK. If you check the optional marketing box, we record that consent — but promotional email remains paused until SPRK selects a compliant public business postal address.

3. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as HubSpot, Vercel, and Google, and only as needed to deliver forms, hosting, analytics, and advertising measurement.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page visits, referrers, device and browser information, and approximate location. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and reports anonymized data that is not associated with an identifiable visitor.

We also use the Google Ads tag to understand page visits and whether an advertisement leads to activity on our website. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are denied by default. If you choose Allow in the privacy control, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers for advertising measurement and personalization. If you reject non-essential cookies, those advertising storage permissions remain denied and Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. 5. Marketing Consent

Marketing consent is optional, separate from inquiry consent, and never required to contact us. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us. Your advertising-cookie choice is also optional and is managed separately through the site's Privacy choices control.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize them. Google and Vercel apply their own retention practices to the measurement data they process for us.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

9. Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw any consent you've given at any time by contacting us or, for advertising cookies, by reopening Privacy choices and selecting Reject non-essential. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing that happened before.

10. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

11. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
