When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, event information, and anything you include in the project description. Optional fields (phone, budget, attendance, referral source) are collected only if you fill them in. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, plan and deliver services you request, and keep basic business records. If you check the optional marketing box, we record that consent — but promotional email remains paused until SPRK selects a compliant public business postal address.

3. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our form-delivery and hosting providers — and only as needed to deliver those services.

4. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page visits, referrers, device and browser information, and approximate location. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and reports anonymized data that is not associated with an identifiable visitor. We do not use advertising pixels. If non-essential cookies or additional tracking tools are added later, this policy and the site's consent controls will be updated before they load.

5. Marketing Consent

Marketing consent is optional, separate from inquiry consent, and never required to contact us. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

9. Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw any consent you've given at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing that happened before.

10. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
