Live Production PlannerPlan the room, the stage and the show.

Tell us about your event and watch the stage build itself. You get the screen size and who can read it, the sound, the lighting looks, the crew, a run of show and a checklist. It's free to play with. When you want to keep it, download it as a PDF.

Setting the stage… Taking too long? Reload the planner, or email hello@sprkproductions.com and we'll plan it with you.

Everything here is a planning estimate to help you think it through. It isn't a quote, and it doesn't replace a walk-through, the venue's rules or a safety review. We confirm the real numbers with you.

Pick how you want it. We just need a few details first, so we know who it's for and can help if you'd like. It takes about twenty seconds.

                        Good questions

                        How the planner thinks.

How big should the screen be for my event?

A common rule is that your farthest guest should sit no more than about six times the screen's height away to read slides comfortably, and about eight times away for video. Our LED wall is 6.6 ft tall, so it reads slides well to about 40 ft and video to about 52 ft. Past that, side screens or a camera feed help the back rows.

How close can guests sit to a P2.9 LED wall?

About ten feet or more keeps it looking smooth. Closer than that, people start to notice the individual pixels.

What size should our LED wall content be?

Our full wall is 2:1, about 1344 × 672 pixels, so content made at that size fills it edge to edge. Regular 16:9 slides work too, with a little space on each side. We confirm exact sizes with you while we plan. Want to see how your slide fits? Try the slide check on our LED wall page.

                        How long does setup take?

For a typical corporate event with our LED wall, a line array and lighting, plan on roughly four to six hours of load-in before a tech check. Bigger shows, live bands and tricky load-ins take longer, and some are easier to load in the day before. The planner shows a range for your event, and we confirm it once we've seen the room.

                        Where does my plan go?

While you play with it, it stays in your browser. When you take it with you as a PDF, a link or a chat with us, we ask for your name, email, event date and city so we know who it's for. The share link carries the plan inside the link itself.
